Sometimes people need reminding...especially when most Americans who live overseas cannot wait until November to return their ballot.

Following on the success of the Black History Month (BHM) series, we continued our weekly series during Women's History Month.

: Lyon, France; I bring to every project a proactive, positive, hands-on approach. I have experience in marketing recognized US brands in FMCG. Add to that an expertise in international product portfolio management. In 1995, I moved to Europe for my work in what was supposed to be a 2-3 year expat assignment, living first in London and then Paris. However, in 1997, when the other American expats returned home, I took another path and stayed here in France...that was 24 years ago. I took a pause in my career to devote my time and attention to raising my bi-national, bilingual, geographically mobile family. However, in 2016, I was too shocked by the results of the US presidential elections to stay on the sidelines. So, I turned the page and applied my expertise to communications for Democrats Abroad - the official Democratic Party arm reaching out to the 9 million Americans living outside of the US. I developed an integrated communications strategy and managed it's execution - including content development for the website and social media platforms. Adding a dose of creativity and curiosity, I created or collaborated on the content included in this blog. :))
